At this point, after experimenting with trying to tell a longer story over ten straight weeks of comic strips that were more or less dictated by causality, I remember feeling like I needed to pull away from all that and just do a silly gag strip. I think I went a bit TOO silly with this one though. I also dated myself in the worst way. I mean, a FONZ reference? Seriously, old man!?
