I don’t know a lot of the science behind audio, but it seems to me that if you had two cones pointed at each other like that, the sound of Soya Sauce’s meow — or rather, his MRRRF — would echo back to him at least as loud as it hits Orneryboy. If it did though, he doesn’t seem to mind at all.
