First zombie appearance! This probably came out of nowhere for most people reading the comic when I first published this strip. Up until this point I was just mucking around, trying to establish the Orneryboy/Dirtygirl dynamic. The only fleeting glimpse of horror was in #14, Taco Hysteria. And then hey, zombies! But I'd always intended for them to be a big part of the Orneryboy universe. I just wish I'd used different heads for the first few zombies I drew. They look too similar to Brian.
