This strip is where I try to explain away that zombie outbreak that supposedly went on in the background in Borington, but in a very clumsy way. Because it WOULD be really weird for Axel not to have heard of such a viral outbreak occurring in his own city, wouldn't it? Especially since it had been implied in previous strips that it had taken place over the course of a MONTH. But I guess I just really wanted that exposition so badly, so there you go!
