This strip has been bookmarked in the back of my mind for years and years, because I’ve always thought it would be fun to use it as the starting point for a side-story about zombie chickens, which would take place around this particular time period of the comic. Perhaps if I ever get around to doing a series of Orneryboy books, that can be my bonus material for Book 1! Look for that to appear sometime around 2030.
