I remember this strip! I always liked it. It’s just another one of those simple ideas that was inspired by real life. Jen used to have a whole pile of cute umbrellas, and I had one simple, functional black umbrella. Thankfully, the sort of mix-up depicted here never actually happened. I love Orneryboy’s facial expression in the last panel though. He’s just so pissed off.
